Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NEUM, including the website at neum.trade, its web app and the related emails, push notifications and APIs (together, the "Service"). NEUM is a product of RapidAIGo Pvt. Ltd. ("RapidAIGo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What NEUM is — and isn't

NEUM provides algorithmically generated price levels, alerts, an event calendar and related analytics for publicly traded securities. It is an information and educational tool.

All price levels, alerts, and quantitative outputs generated by NEUM (a RapidAIGo product) are purely algorithmic calculations intended solely for informational, analytical, and educational purposes. NEUM is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial analyst. Content provided does not constitute personalized financial, legal, or tax advice, nor is it a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset class.

NEUM maintains no long or short positions in the equities or securities referenced within our quantitative models. Users and autonomous software agents assume sole responsibility for evaluating any data provided and for any execution decisions resulting therefrom.

Levels shown represent historical statistical distribution boundaries calculated by automated quantitative models. They do not constitute trade execution triggers, price targets, or financial advice.

NEUM (a RapidAIGo product) operates strictly as an independent analytics provider. Neither NEUM, RapidAIGo, nor their operators hold, trade, or maintain financial interests (long, short, or derivative positions) in any of the underlying securities for which quantitative analysis or alerts are provided. NEUM receives no compensation from issuers for the display or calculation of quantitative levels.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the loss of your entire investment. Past performance, including any track record shown in the Service, does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult a licensed financial adviser where appropriate.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. One account works across RapidAIGo products, including NEUM and rapidaigo.com.
• Keep your password and devices secure. You're responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly at support@rapidaigo.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, trials and billing

• Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods and any introductory trial are shown before you check out. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (and a trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends) unless you cancel before then. You can cancel any time from Account → Manage billing; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit the Service's content or data without our written permission;
• share your account, or scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service except through features we provide for that purpose;
• interfere with, probe or overload the Service, or try to bypass its security or access controls;
• use the Service in breach of any law or regulation, including securities laws.

5. Content and intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, levels, text and design, belongs to RapidAIGo or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own non-commercial purposes while your account is in good standing. Market data and third-party content may be subject to their providers' terms.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and accurate but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free; data and alerts may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 1, 5, 8, 9 and 11) continue to apply.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RapidAIGo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify RapidAIGo against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RapidAIGo Pvt. Ltd. is incorporated, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that can't be waived.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.
