Use NEUM inside Claude

Use NEUM inside Claude: ask in plain English about price levels, model events, earnings dates and your watchlists for US stocks. Using another AI app? See NEUM with any MCP client.

What you can do

Once NEUM is connected, Claude can look things up in your NEUM account while you chat. For example:

  • "What are the levels for NVDA and AMD right now?"
  • "Which tickers on my watchlist had a level crossed this week?"
  • "Show me MU's last few calls and how each one ended."
  • "Which tickers on my watchlist report earnings in the next two weeks?"
  • "Add SBUX to my Tech list." Claude asks you to confirm before it changes a watchlist.

Claude reads the same levels you see in the NEUM app: Long above and Short below with their targets, any open trade with its entry, stop loss, target and signal strength, and each call's outcome (Entry crossed, TP hit, SL hit).

Before you start

  • You need an active NEUM plan. The connector uses your normal NEUM sign-in.
  • Custom connectors work on all Claude plans (Free plans allow one). On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds NEUM under Organization settings → Connectors, then members select Connect.

The connector address is:

https://api.neum.trade/mcp

You can also copy it from Account → Connected apps in NEUM.

Connect NEUM in Claude (web and desktop)

  1. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors.
  2. Choose + Add, then Add custom connector.
  3. Name it NEUM and paste the address https://api.neum.trade/mcp.
  4. Select Continue, choose to sign in now, then Add. A NEUM page opens.
  5. Sign in to NEUM if you're asked to, check what Claude will be able to do, and select Allow.
  6. You're returned to Claude, and NEUM shows as connected.

In a new chat, make sure NEUM is switched on in the chat's tools menu, then ask your first question. Connectors you add on the web or desktop app also work in the Claude mobile app.

Reading what Claude tells you

  • Entry crossed means a trade is open. Claude reports its entry (the level, once a 4-hour candle closed across it), its stop loss and its target.
  • Before entry, each side's target is a pre-entry target. It moves when a candle's wick goes through the level without closing beyond it.
  • While a trade is open, the level on the other side is that trade's stop loss, not a new entry.
  • Trade continuation and Possible trend reversal mean a level carried over from the previous trade, after its target or stop was hit.
  • Signal strength (low, medium or high) is set when a trade is entered. Reversal trades don't have one.
  • Times are US Eastern.

Disconnect at any time

In NEUM, go to Account → Connected apps and select Disconnect next to Claude. Claude loses access straight away. You can also remove the connector from Claude's settings.

Good to know

  • NEUM levels are educational information from automated models, not financial advice. Claude is set up to present them that way and won't tell you to buy or sell.
  • Fair-use limits apply to how many questions Claude can send to NEUM per minute and per day; normal use won't reach them.
  • If Claude says it can't reach NEUM, check that your NEUM plan is active, then disconnect and connect again.
